The Barrel & Larder is a custom designed cooking, function and presentation space where an intimate number of up to 12 guests can break bread and share wine around a big, welcoming kitchen table.

Food and wine lovers will savour the opportunity to closely watch their class chef, wine don or presenter working their craft. Chefs present and cook their recipes so guests can easily fire questions as they fire up the pans on the stove. During the class, the group sit around the kitchen table to make their very own bespoke chocolates to take home -  while enjoying some Ross Hill Wines' of course!

The masterclass includes a glass of bubbles on arrival and a second glass of wine of your choosing. You will also take home your very own choccie designs!

Why not book a private class and invite a group of friends or colleagues to learn everything from the intricacies of wine and food matching or tips on how to source the best regional produce by one of Orange’s revered local chefs or producers.

All cooking classes will run with a minimum of 8 people - if this number is not met, the class will be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 2 days advance notice.

Full payment will be taken at time of booking. We require 5 days advance notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty, after this time all bookings are non refundable.
